Terms of Service

Effective August 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of StageFeet and its related tools, websites, features, and connected-account functionality. By creating an account or using StageFeet, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use StageFeet only in compliance with applicable law. Where StageFeet requires invitation, email confirmation, identity review, ownership review, or another verification step, access to some features may remain limited until that process is completed.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly notifying StageFeet if you believe your account or a connected service has been compromised.

2. Profiles, organizations, events, and listings

You are responsible for information you submit about yourself, an event, venue, studio, podcast, band, organization, or other listing. You may not knowingly impersonate another person or organization, falsely claim ownership, publish materially deceptive information, or use StageFeet to facilitate unlawful activity.

StageFeet may provide ownership-claim and review processes for listings. A listing's presence on StageFeet does not by itself establish ownership, endorsement, affiliation, availability, or accuracy.

3. Connected accounts

StageFeet may let you connect third-party services such as Google, Gmail, Google Calendar, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other providers. You remain responsible for your accounts with those providers and must comply with their terms and policies.

When you authorize a connection, you instruct StageFeet to use the permissions you grant to perform supported actions on your behalf. Examples may include reading authorized information, sending messages or email, scheduling, retrieving comments or reviews, replying, publishing content, or synchronizing information. StageFeet will not guarantee that any third-party integration will remain available or unchanged.

You may disconnect supported providers from the Connections section of StageFeet. You may also revoke access directly through the provider. Disconnecting or revoking access can disable dependent StageFeet features.

4. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit to StageFeet. You grant StageFeet a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as necessary to operate the platform and provide features you request.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, publish, transmit, or authorize StageFeet to process the content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing automated, scheduled, or generated actions before enabling them where the feature permits review.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use StageFeet to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware; attempt unauthorized access; circumvent security or rate limits; scrape or harvest information in violation of applicable rules; send unlawful spam; harass or threaten others; publish fraudulent listings; interfere with platform operation; or misuse connected-provider permissions.

6. Tools, automations, and third-party services

StageFeet includes tools that may schedule, synchronize, publish, send, import, or display information. You are responsible for configuring these tools appropriately and for the consequences of actions you authorize. Third-party providers may impose quotas, outages, review requirements, content rules, or API changes outside StageFeet's control.

StageFeet does not guarantee continuous availability of any integration, API, social network, email provider, calendar provider, payment service, map service, or other third-party system.

7. Payments and commercial activity

If StageFeet enables payments, estimates, booking inquiries, tips, ticket links, merchandise links, or other commercial features, the parties to the underlying transaction remain responsible for their agreement, performance, taxes, refunds, disputes, permits, insurance, and legal compliance unless StageFeet expressly states otherwise.

8. Moderation and account action

StageFeet may remove content, restrict features, suspend connections, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, address security concerns, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity. Where appropriate, StageFeet may provide notice or an opportunity to correct an issue.

9. Service changes and availability

StageFeet is an evolving service. Features may be added, changed, paused, or discontinued. We aim to operate the platform reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, or that all information supplied by users or third parties will be accurate or current.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageFeet is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. StageFeet does not guarantee bookings, audience results, revenue, event attendance, provider approval, platform reach, or availability of third-party services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageFeet and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of or inability to use StageFeet. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using StageFeet at any time and may request account deletion through the Privacy & Data controls. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and disputes—will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as StageFeet changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
